Nyaho Medical Centre introduces new Health Information System Software

The Centre has major changes in line with improving services. Part of these changes coming up includes the introduction of a new Health Information system software.

In line with our commitment to ensure quality healthcare delivery to our valued customers,Nyaho Medical Centre has acquired a new hospital information system to integrate processes at the Centre and will become operational by 29th May 2015.

The new software is in response to customer feedback on the need to reduce the waiting time and ease congestion at the reception. This will mean:

1)   Patients medical records will be accessedelectronically

2)   The workflow at the Centre will significantly improve due to integration of departments on electronic platform.

3)   Doctors can generate and access reports electronically

As part of the process, the Centre will upgrade the current reception area to provide enough space and the required ambience for our clients.

Although service delivery will continue during the renovation period, the centre is aware of the inconveniencethat this might bring and would therefore want to apologise in advance.While the new system will be appointment-based, walk-in visits will still be accepted.

We therefore entreat our valued customers and other stakeholders to bear with us during this process till its completion in July 2015.
